Location: Edinburgh (Granton / EH17) & Midlothian

Contracts: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced social care professional looking for a secure, high-earning, and rewarding role? We are expanding our team across Edinburgh and Midlothian and are seeking dedicated individuals to join us across several key positions.

Right to Work: You MUST hold a permanent, restriction-free Right to Work in the UK. We strictly cannot provide sponsorship or accept visa transfers.
Experience: Previous professional experience within the social care sector is mandatory for all roles.
Flexibility: Candidates must be comfortable with variable client visit lengths (30 minutes, 1 hour, or longer).

Location & Transport Requirements
Office-Based Roles: Based at our Granton Office (112 Granton Road, EH5 3QB) and the EH17 area.
Drivers: Must have a valid UK driving license, access to a vehicle, and be willing to cover: EH3, EH4, EH5, EH10, EH16, EH17 & Midlothian.
Walkers: Permitted ONLY if you live in or can easily commute to: EH4, EH5, EH10, EH16, or EH17. (Note: Strictly no walking runs available in Midlothian or EH3).

Open Positions & Role Breakdowns

1. Support Workers (SW) & Senior Support Workers (SSW)
Fantastic earning potential with a highly flexible schedule.
Contract: 36 hours per week (Full-Time).
Shift Patterns: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available between 07:00 - 22:00.
Flexibility: Full-time hours can frequently be condensed into 3 to 4 days.
Overtime: Plentiful. Our average worker chooses to do 52 hours per week.
Pay Rates:
Support Worker: £13.45 per hour (~£25,178 - £26,208/annum base).
Senior Support Worker: £14.00 per hour (Must hold SVQ Level 3).
Earnings Booster: Realistically £37,000+ per year when utilizing our abundant overtime (based on a 52-hour week).

2. Care Coordinators
Contract: 36 hours per week.
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour.
The Role: Office-based position managing and optimizing care runs, with field travel for client reviews as required.
Requirement: Must have previous professional experience overseeing and planning care rosters/runs.

3. Registered Care Manager
Contract: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (Flexible options can be considered).
Location: In-person at our Granton Road office (EH5 3QB).
Salary: £46,000 base (Open to negotiation for candidates with 10+ years of Scottish homecare management experience and a track record of "Very Good/Excellent" Care Inspectorate ratings).
Essential Requirements: You must be qualified and currently registered as a Care Manager with the SSSC. Highly experienced and ideally locally established within the Scottish care sector.
