Randstad CPE Reading is onboarding aftercare maintenance handymen for immediate starts across local new-build housing sites.

• Job Title:Handyman - Own Van & Tools Needed Multi-Trade Snagging
• Locations: Coverage across Bracknell, Aldershot & Deepcut
• Pay: £19.00 - £22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Fine-finishing & snagging in new residential flats.
• Touch-up painting, mastic sealing, hinge adjustments, minor drywall/tile fixes.
• Customer-facing maintenance work in completed plots.

Essential Criteria:

• MUST have own van
• MUST have full set of own hand/power tools.
• Active CSCS Card & valid UK driving licence.
• Friendly, professional attitude in customer-facing environments.
