About the role
Business Development Manager
Canvey Island (Hybrid) | South East | £40,000 to £50,000 + Car + Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a growing business within the hygiene and facilities services sector.
This field-based role is focused on winning new business, building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth across the South East. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and networking through to negotiating and securing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and win new business opportunities
- Build strong client relationships across the South East
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract completion
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations
- Achieve sales targets and identify new market opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven B2B business development or sales experience
- Strong track record of winning new business
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience within hygiene, facilities management, washroom services, cleaning or hospitality is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
