About the role

Job Title Workpack Engineer Summary We’re looking for an experienced Workpack Engineer to support a major TAR project based in Grangemouth. This short-term contract is ideal for someone with mechanical experience in the petrochemical sector who can confidently interpret technical documentation and prepare work packs. Salary Rate is open for discussion Location and Working Pattern Grangemouth – on-site. Contract runs from ASAP until the end of September. Client Overview Our client is a leading industrial services provider delivering safe and reliable solutions to the energy and petrochemical sectors. ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage work packs for the TAR project.Review Written Schemes of Inspection (WSEs) and scopes of work.Develop Risk Assessed Method Statements (RAMS) for site execution.Liaise with engineering teams to ensure accurate technical documentation.Verify compliance against client standards and specifications.Monitor progress and maintain records throughout the TAR period.Must-have RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings including:Piping IsometricsP&IDsGeneral Arrangement Drawings (GAs)Mechanical experience within the petrochemical sector.Knowledge of WSEs and capability to produce RAMS.Nice-to-have SkillsFamiliarity with TAR planning and execution methodologies.Strong communication and organisational skills.Apply Now If this role matches your skills and experience, click apply today to discuss next steps.The NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
