Forklift Driver (Counterbalance & Reach) – Immediate StartLocation: Southampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver with valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences to join our busy carpet and flooring distribution centre in Southampton.
This is a temp to perm role, Monday-to-Friday offering excellent rates of pay, regular hours, and overtime opportunities.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver with valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences to join our busy carpet and flooring distribution centre in Southampton.
This is a temp to perm role, Monday-to-Friday offering excellent rates of pay, regular hours, and overtime opportunities.
The Role
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Picking, moving, and storing carpet and flooring products within the warehouse.
- Assisting with stock control and replenishment.
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences.
- Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience.
- A good work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling carpet or flooring products is an advantage but not essential.
- Starting pay from £15.00 per hour.
- Overtime available.
- Monday to Friday working week – no weekends.
- Full-time, ongoing opportunity.
