Finishing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our residential construction team. Working on high-quality new-build housing developments, you will be responsible for ensuring homes are completed to the highest standards, ready for customer handover. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in residential housebuilding who takes pride in delivering quality homes and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Manage all finishing works across a busy residential housing development. • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. • Carry out quality inspections and snagging, ensuring defects are rectified promptly. • Prepare plots for NHBC inspections and customer handovers. • Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure build programmes are achieved. • Maintain excellent health and safety standards on site. • Ensure all plots are completed in line with company quality standards and programme requirements. • Liaise with Customer Care and Sales teams where required to ensure smooth completions. Requirements • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman within residential housebuilding. • Strong knowledge of internal and external finishing trades. • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality. • Ability to manage subcontractors and meet tight deadlines. • SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. • Valid CSCS Card. • First Aid at Work (preferred). • Full UK driving licence.
