eCommerce Assistant

Role: Digital Assistant Location: London Duration: Initial contract until end of September (potential extension to 6 months) Rate: £140-160 a day IR35 Status: Inside Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office) 🚀 Looking to take the next step in your eCommerce career? We're partnering with a leading global consumer brand to find an organised and proactive Digital Assistant to join their Online team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around a year's experience, or a strong graduate looking to build a long-term career in eCommerce, digital or online trading within a global beauty/retail business. What you'll be doing: ✅ Supporting the Online team with day-to-day administration and coordination ✅ Managing spreadsheets, trackers and product information ✅ Coordinating website assets with product and marketing teams ✅ Assisting with website updates and online trading activity ✅ Creating and maintaining product packs for launches and merchandising activities ✅ Supporting project coordination and wider team administration ✅ Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks and driving things forward independently What we're looking for: ✔ Around 1 year's experience in eCommerce, digital, marketing, merchandising, retail or administration ✔ Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills ✔ Excellent organisation and attention to detail ✔ Comfortable working in a coordination and administration-focused environment ✔ Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn ✔ Genuine interest in developing a career within eCommerce and digital Why apply?
