Administration Officer

• Position: Administration Officer
• Salary: £27,000 -£28,000 per annum plus very good all round company benefits, including private health insurance after successful completion of the probationary period
• Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, fully office based
• Role based in Haywards Heath with parking available nearby and a short walk from the station area.

The role – Administration Officer

This is a varied Administration Officer role with a growing business. Ideal for someone with previous office admin experience and good computer skills who enjoys being the central point of coordination for office operations, compliance, purchasing, travel arrangements and marketing support. The successful candidate will be very organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Duties will include:

• General administration
• Office and facilities co-ordination
• Purchasing and supplier administration
• Dealing with compliance records
• Making travel and accommodation bookings for staff.
• Fleet and equipment management
• CRM and marketing administration
• Event and campaign support
• The successful person will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly while maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation.

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

• GCSE’s or equivalent in Maths and English
• Office administration experience
• Good Microsoft Office / computer skills
• Excellent organisation and accuracy levels along with professional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
