Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and appealing store environment. You will be expected to familiarize yourself with our product range to effectively recommend items and enhance the customer shopping experience.

As a Retail Assistant, you will also be responsible for restocking shelves, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly, and participating in inventory management. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse clientele. Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.
