Senior Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects within our dynamic team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and quality assurance, to develop project plans, allocate resources, and mitigate risks. Your leadership will be crucial in driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle, utilizing Agile methodologies and best practices to enhance team performance.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance metrics. You will facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. The Senior Delivery Manager will also identify and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, as well as mentor and support team members to foster a culture of collaboration and growth. Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management will be essential, as you will be responsible for resource allocation and financial oversight for multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in project delivery management, with excellent organizational and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant certifications such as PMP or Agile are preferred.
