Property & Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property & Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve any maintenance issues. This role includes performing routine repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as managing preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met. The technician will also assist with maintaining the grounds, ensuring that all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, as they will be interacting with various stakeholders, including vendors and property occupants. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service is essential. The position may also require coordinating with external contractors for more specialized repairs or renovations. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation, as travel between different properties may be necessary. Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field, along with relevant certifications, will be considered a significant advantage.
