Project Manager - Civils & Utilities (OOH Advertising) - Essex - FTC 24 months

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee Civils and Utilities projects within the Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising sector in Essex. This role is a fixed-term contract for 24 months, aimed at delivering successful project outcomes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, managing resources effectively and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the civil engineering or utilities sector, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and conducting risk assessments. You will also be tasked with providing regular updates to senior management and ensuring quality control measures are implemented at all stages of the project lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, along with a keen eye for detail. A relevant project management qualification (such as PRINCE2 or PMP) is highly desirable. You should also have a solid understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as experience in stakeholder engagement.
