We are looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join one of the most recognisable and successful organisations in the childcare and early years sector, with over 50% of their nurseries rated Outstanding!

Ideal Candidate:

• A full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification

• Proven experience managing or leading in an Early Years/Nursery environment with a coaching approach to developing a team of staff

• Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Framework

• Proven experience and evidence of improving performance

• The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with all stakeholders

• A passion for childcare and child development
