What you’ll be doing:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the classroom. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising secondary school classes during teacher absences.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring pupils remain focused and engaged.
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies, using positive and professional approaches.
- Building relationships with students, supporting their learning, and being a positive role model.
- Gaining first-hand insight into school life, curriculum delivery, and classroom management.
