- Support pupils during lessons, breaktimes, educational visits, and school activities as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience working with children with SEND, preferably in a primary school setting.
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, are desirable but not essential.
We Offer
- A welcoming and supportive school community.
- Friendly and experienced staff who work collaboratively.
- A rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to children’s lives.
