• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Background in real estate, property management, or related field.
• Knowledge of local Sevenoaks property regulations and market trends.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or in high-profile property environments.
• Certified property management qualification (e.g ARLA, or equivalent).

Preferred Education and Experience:.

• At least 3 years of experience managing luxury or prime real estate portfolios.

Other Requirements:

• Valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Sevenoaks area as needed.
