Responsibilities in your new role as Private Event Staff

As Private Event Staff, you will be the face of exceptional service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Your duties will include: 

• Expertly serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
• Take customer orders accurately and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Process payments efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the event
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
• Comply with alcohol licensing laws and responsible service practices
• Follow client instructions to ensure the smooth running of the event

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are seeking individuals with a positive, proactive attitude who will be confident working in a private home setting on 15th August. Ideally, you will bring: 

• Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or hospitality role
• Experience working at private events or high-end functions is highly desirable
• Confident serving food and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English
• Ability to maintain a clean, organised, and professional environment
• Professional, reliable, and well-presented with a guest-focused approach
• Proven commitment to delivering high standards of service
