We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our dedicated team at the Birmingham or Dudley branch. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Customer Service Agent Role

In this role, you will be a key member of our Customer Voice Counts team, responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. Key responsibilities include: 

• Making outbound calls to obtain feedback from our customers on how they feel our service has been delivered
• Utilising our in-house systems to log feedback
• Working towards agreed individual and team targets

Requirements

Customer Service Agent Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a contact centre environment would be advantageous
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
