Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Administrator to join our Larbert-based client.

Working as a Junior Administrator, your main duties will be around data entry and administration duties, such as:

• Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
• Providing administrative support to the Office Manager
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Data entry, processing invoices and completing paperwork
• Other general administrative duties

To be successful in this Junior Administrator role, you will ideally have previous admin experience. Combined with the following skills and traits:

• Comfortable and confident when speaking on the phone
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Previous experience with Sage 50 Accounts
• The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Able to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Great attention to detail
