It’s an exciting opportunity to work on global implementation projects and help deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.LocationWilton Centre (Redcar)Client OverviewOur client operates within a highly regulated environment, delivering solutions that enable customers to meet operational and compliance objectives with confidence.ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to uncover genuine business and regulatory needs, identifying and prioritising requirements.Plan and lead discovery workshops to gather process details, constraints, and operational challenges.Create clear process maps for current and future states to build alignment on key changes and goals.Translate findings into documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Support multiple onboarding and implementation projects, adapting approaches to local regulatory frameworks.Serve as the analytical point of contact during delivery, ensuring requirements remain accurate and up to date.Identify risks and gaps early, presenting options and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment on scope, priorities, and decisions.Must-have RequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS or complex operational environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work through ambiguity with a structured and methodical approach.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including technical teams.Familiarity with regulatory, or compliance-focused environments.Apply NowIf you are an organised, detail-oriented professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic setting, we would like to hear from you.
