About the role
We’re working with a charming luxury hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds, known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and strong focus on fresh, seasonal British produce. The kitchen is a busy, professional environment with a 10-strong brigade, delivering up to 200 covers during peak service across the restaurant and events. Standards are high, the pace is energetic, and teamwork is key. They are now looking for a confident Chef De Partie who can take ownership of a section and deliver consistently high standards within a well-organised, fast-paced kitchen.
