About the role
We’re supporting a popular Cotswolds hotel where fresh, seasonal British produce sits at the heart of the kitchen. Set within one of England’s most picturesque villages, the property blends historic charm with modern comfort, offering a relaxed yet quality-focused dining experience. The kitchen operates with a 10-strong brigade, delivering up to 200 covers in a busy service, spanning restaurant dining, events and guest experiences. They are now looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team and help drive consistently high standards across the operation.
