We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join a beautiful luxury country house hotel, set within stunning countryside and known for its exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day operation across a variety of outlets, including a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, private dining and events, an outdoor dining experience, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service. No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, varied role.
