A supportive Hastings primary school is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to deliver intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy, helping pupils close learning gaps and rediscover their confidence.

Responsibilities

Deliver targeted interventions
Support literacy and numeracy
Track pupil progress
Encourage confidence and independence
Work closely with teaching staff

We’re Looking For

School-based experience
Strong English and Maths knowledge
Excellent communication
Patient and encouraging approach
