FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, supporting strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial insights. Your primary duties will include preparing annual budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and conducting variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to gather data and understand operational impacts on financial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. You should have experience in financial modeling and proficiency in advanced Excel functions, along with familiarity with financial software and reporting tools. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and prior experience in FP&A or a similar analytical role is preferred.
