Learning & Assessment Consultant - 7278

We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Assessment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative learning and assessment strategies that meet the diverse needs of our stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to develop engaging curriculum content and assessment tools that promote effective learning outcomes. Your expertise will be pivotal in conducting needs analyses, identifying performance gaps, and recommending impactful solutions that drive continuous improvement in educational programs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside a solid understanding of adult learning principles and assessment methodologies. You will be tasked with facilitating workshops, training sessions, and presentations to equip teams with the necessary knowledge and skills. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions, collecting data and feedback to inform future initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of learning.

A degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is required, along with experience in learning and development or assessment consulting. Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools is highly desirable.
