Compliance Manager - 7261

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance our compliance program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures that ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards. You will conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks, providing recommendations and solutions to mitigate these risks effectively. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, along with the ability to interpret and apply these standards within the business context. Key responsibilities include preparing compliance reports, monitoring compliance activities, and providing training to staff on compliance-related topics. You will also be tasked with staying updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant at all times.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex compliance issues in a clear and concise manner. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance or risk management, is required. Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar are preferred.
