Service Transformation Lead – Childrens Services & Education - Initial 6 month contract (Inside IR35) - £500-£600 a dayWere looking for a strategic Service Transformation Lead to act as the key link between IT, Childrens Services, and Education. In this role, youll build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, shape digital transformation, and deliver technology solutions that support critical frontline services.What youll be doing:Partnering with Childrens Services and Education leaders to understand priorities and challenges.Identifying opportunities to improve services through digital innovation.Developing business cases, digital roadmaps, and transformation plans.Leading technology-enabled change from concept to successful delivery.Managing a portfolio of initiatives, balancing priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations.Were looking for someone with experience in:Business Relationship Management, Digital Transformation, or Portfolio Management.Delivering complex business and technology change.Childrens Services, Education, SEND, or Social Care experienceInfluencing and engaging senior stakeholders.This is an opportunity to make a real difference by helping shape digital services that support better outcomes for children and families.If youre ready to combine strategic thinking with meaningful impact, wed love to hear from you.
