We're recruiting a Growth Adviser for a boutique independent wealth management firm that's backing ambitious planners. This isn't about hitting targets for someone else — it's about building a client base and keeping the upside.

Salary: £85,000–£95,000 Bonus: 0.42% of AUM brought through the door quarterly (holistic financial planning), we are seeing Adviser in the firm take bonuses of circa £45,000 1st year, 2 days in the office. 

What You're Working With

Ongoing adviser fee model (no initial fees to clients — genuine advice-focused)

Full paraplanning and admin support

Client target range: £500k–£5m typical (with scale to £10m+ AUM supported)

Access to whole of market with in-house investment directors

Business Development — Properly Backed

Dedicated marketing manager — strategy, execution, oversight

Social media management — content, posting, engagement (handled)

 Lead generation support — targeted campaigns, data, outreach

Campaign budget tailored to you — events, connections, digital, content — you choose where to invest

 Systems and tools — the infrastructure to scale without admin overhead
