As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating delivery capability across CDIO. You will champion modern Agile and Lean practices, foster high performing teams, and influence strategic approaches to delivery across a large and complex digital organisation
You are an established Agile leader with significant experience coaching at scale within complex digital environments. You bring credibility through your hands-on experience, deep knowledge of modern delivery practices, and the ability to influence at senior levels.
You are an exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly, fosters psychological safety, and encourages data driven decision making. You are passionate about developing others, navigating complexity, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for users.
