Part time, permanent
Salary: £15,091.76 Pro rata (£28,598 FTE)
3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday), 39 weeks per year

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Early Years Practitioner to join our school. This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same, supporting children’s learning and development, working closely with teachers and helping to create a positive and nurturing environment that enables every child to reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will;
Have an inclusive ethos with high expectations and aspirations for all the pupils they work with.
Demonstrate a calm and relaxed manner.
Be able to communicate effectively with other professionals and parents.
Work collaboratively with others to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children in their care.
Must have minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Early Years and childcare or equivalent
Be flexible, reliable and reflective.
Show good organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
Be consistent in expectations of behaviours and learning.
Have GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent) - and be willing to learn!
