Primary Teacher – Make a Lasting Difference
Provide Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Sheffield (S4) for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a school that sits at the heart of its local community and is committed to ensuring every child feels safe, valued and inspired to achieve their full potential. The school is proud of its inclusive ethos, high expectations and strong relationships with pupils and families, creating an environment where children can flourish both academically and personally.

The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time, with the role continuing throughout the academic year.

About the Role:
This school is looking for a resilient, enthusiastic and compassionate teacher who understands the importance of building positive relationships and creating an engaging classroom where every child can succeed.
Many pupils face barriers outside of school, so the ability to provide consistency, encouragement and high expectations is essential. While some children may present with challenging behaviour, this is often linked to social, emotional or environmental factors. The school is looking for someone who can see beyond the behaviour, build trust with pupils and create a classroom where children feel motivated to learn.
This is a role where your impact will extend far beyond academic progress. You’ll have the opportunity to inspire confidence, raise aspirations and become a positive role model for children who benefit from strong, supportive adults in their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners within the classroom.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships that encourage pupils to engage and succeed.
  • Use effective behaviour management strategies to create a calm and purposeful learning environment.
  • Motivate and support pupils to remain focused and achieve their individual potential.
  • Assess, monitor and support pupil progress through high-quality teaching and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, senior leaders and parents to achieve the best outcomes for every child.
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Can build positive, professional relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Delivers engaging, creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Is resilient, proactive and committed to helping every child succeed.
  • Believes in maintaining high expectations while creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

What We Offer

  • Competitive daily pay of £180–£200, depending on experience and responsibilities.
  • Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.
  • An ongoing role throughout the academic year.
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant at Provide Education.
  • Opportunities for continued professional development.
  • The chance to make a genuine and lasting difference within a supportive school community.

If you’re a passionate Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can positively influence children’s lives every day, we’d love to hear from you.
