We are recruiting for an established law firm looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Conveyancer to join their busy property team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong hands-on residential conveyancing experience who enjoys managing their own files, building relationships with clients and seeing transactions through from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
Handling sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
Freehold and leasehold transactions
Reviewing title documentation and property searches
Raising and responding to enquiries
Preparing contracts and transfer documentation
Dealing with exchange of contracts and completions
SDLT and Land Registry matters
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
Ensuring AML, source of funds and compliance requirements are met
Keeping clients regularly updated throughout their transaction
Managing deadlines and progressing files efficiently

About You
You will need previous hands-on residential conveyancing experience and be confident managing your own caseload.
You may currently be working as a:
Residential Conveyancer | Conveyancing Fee Earner | Conveyancing Executive | Legal Executive | Residential Property Fee Earner | Residential Property Solicitor
You do not necessarily need to be a qualified Solicitor if you have strong residential conveyancing experience and can independently manage your own files.
You will be organised, approachable and confident communicating with clients, estate agents and other professionals while managing a busy caseload.
