We are seeking a dedicated Specialist TA to join our nationally recognised trust. In this rewarding role, you will work on a 1:1 basis with learners aged 5-16 with complex needs, autism (ASD), and associated behavioural or communication difficulties.

Based in a modern, state-of-the-art day school with a maximum class size of 8, you will support students beyond academics-helping them develop socially, emotionally, and physically while building their self-esteem and independence.

To be considered for this Specialist TA position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).

• Experience: Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or Childcare Professional (must be able to provide references).

• Compliance: Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
