Detention Custody Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Detention Custody Officer to join our team and ensure the safety and security of individuals in custody. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining order and discipline within the detention environment, while also providing support and care to individuals in custody. Your primary duties will include monitoring detainees, conducting regular checks, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. You will also be tasked with completing documentation accurately and timely, including incident reports and daily logs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. You will need to demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations. A commitment to upholding human rights and treating all individuals with dignity is essential. Previous experience in a security, law enforcement, or custodial role is preferred, along with a willingness to undergo training and development as needed. A valid driver's license and a clear background check are also required for this position.
