Properties & Facilities Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Properties & Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient management of our properties and facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe, functional, and pleasant environment for all users. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance and repair services, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing facility projects from inception to completion. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing facility management policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing budgets effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in property management or facilities management. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should have a solid understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and relevant regulations. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, employees, and external agencies. A degree in facilities management, real estate, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
