Yard Operative

A leading logistics provider is seeking dedicated and hardworking Yard Operatives to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation within the yard area. Your primary duties will include loading and unloading goods from vehicles, ensuring all items are correctly stored and organized, and performing regular checks on yard equipment. As a Yard Operative, you will also be expected to adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while working in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the yard, which includes removing waste and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work various shifts, including weekends.
