Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting with daily store operations. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, answering queries, and helping them locate merchandise in the store. You will also be responsible for processing transactions accurately at the point of sale and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment.

Additionally, you will assist with stock management, which includes receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and ensuring that displays are visually appealing. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
