At any given moment, this studio has more than 50 luxury brand experiences in motion across four continents. Someone has to know who is working on what, where the pressure is building, and when the answer needs to be no: that person is you.

This is a global experience design and production agency that stages brand experiences for some of the world’s most prestigious luxury houses – fashion, beauty and spirits names you would recognise instantly. It doubled its turnover to $35 million across its US, UK and France offices, opened new bases in the US and is currently launching in Dubai. Growth is the defining condition here, not a talking point.

The Role
You own the operational engine of a 60-person global studio; resource planning is the heart of it, so you’ll be forecasting demand, balancing capacity across permanent creatives and a freelance network that can double the team on busy projects. 

You’ll sit at the top of the studio’s operational structure, bridging creative, production, finance and client services, as well as managing freelancer engagement, budgets and invoicing, driving workflow improvements through established tools, and overseeing one Creative Operations Assistant.

This is a role with genuine authority. The person who held it before you introduced the resource and capacity systems now running the studio; you inherit that and shape what comes next.

The Person
You are a senior operations leader from a creative, design, branding or experiential studio – a Head of Studio, Resource Manager, Creative Operations Manager or Senior Producer. 

You have owned resource planning across sizeable permanent and freelance teams, are fluent in tools like Float and Monday.com, and are confident partnering with senior leadership. You are comfortable saying when something isn’t possible, and holding that line.
