Senior Designer

This small studio is one to watch, and it’s got there on the strength of motion-led branding – work that moves, that lands on billboards and live screens rather than sitting as mockups on a website. The founders are still the only senior design eyes in the room, and this role is here to change that.

The Role
You’ll lead design projects across brand identity, motion and digital, owning them from concept through to the tangible, moving output the studio is known for. You’ll work alongside mids and junior designers who are ready to grow and are looking for that strong design head to learn from directly. 

The work spans high-profile, well-known clients, alongside smaller, craft-focused briefs. You’ll report to a co-founder who is deliberately stepping back from day-to-day creative, looking for a senior figure to carry the design conversation the team craves and set a standard for everything that leaves the studio.

The Person
You’re a Senior Brand Designer with 5 – 6+ years behind you. Maybe you’re currently at a larger, more established studio and starting to feel boxed in by the layers between you and the work, or maybe you’re looking for more work-life balance while still working on big projects.

Your portfolio is branding-led with real craft, and you understand motion – not as an animator, but as someone who knows how to make things move. You want to own projects properly and mentor a team, not deliver components while the ownership sits elsewhere.
