General Liability Claims Adjuster

Manage a portfolio of complex general liability claims from coverage review through resolution
Evaluate liability, damages, and coverage across a wide range of exposures including product, premises, construction, and environmental
Collaborate with defense counsel on litigation strategy and attend mediations/settlement discussions as needed
Work closely with internal underwriting and actuarial teams to assess trends and identify risk patterns
Maintain high-quality file documentation, internal reporting, and timely decision-making
Participate in internal claims meetings and roundtables with senior leadership
Deliver excellent claims service while driving appropriate file outcomes and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Act as a technical resource within the team and contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability
