Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Your main duties will include greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. You will also manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while keeping the store well-stocked and organized.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the store. This includes arranging merchandise displays, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting any stock discrepancies. Additionally, you will assist in receiving and processing deliveries, ensuring that all products are correctly labeled and stored. A strong team player mentality and effective communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and promote in-store promotions.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for retail. Previous experience in a retail environment is advantageous, but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
