Contract role, Supervising Social Worker, Advanced Practitioner
We are recruiting for experienced Children’s Social Worker in the Wigan area.
- To guide, advise, support and supervise foster carers who are supporting complex placements
- To support the supervision of staff as per allocation of the Team Manager
- To participate in duty manager day duty rota one week at a time and cover in staff absence
- To QA annual foster carer reviews, supervisory visits and unannounced visits of staff within you supervisory group
- To support the team manager as per requests
- To ensure that the teams compliance remains of a consistently high level using the database to support this.
