Pay: From £12.74 per hour (depending on department and shift pattern)
Shifts: Static Days or Rotating 2-Shift Pattern

As demand continues to grow, we are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with genuine training and progression opportunities.
The RoleAs a Production Operative, you'll play a key part in manufacturing high-quality automotive components, including door panels, dashboards, cockpits and centre consoles. You'll work in a modern manufacturing environment where quality, safety and teamwork are at the heart of everything.

Following a successful on-site assessment, you'll be matched to the department that best suits your skills and experience. A dedicated Training Team will provide full support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble and manufacture automotive components to specification.
• Carry out quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Follow standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area in line with 5S standards.
• Report any quality, equipment or safety issues to your UET Leader.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production (automotive experience is desirable but not essential).
• Confidence operating machinery and following work instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
