Business Development Manager Remote* (one day in the office each week) Up to £40,000 £400* Car Allowance Uncapped Commission (OTE £65,000)   Do you enjoy hunting for new business and taking full ownership of the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal? Known for delivering results-driven digital solutions, they are looking for ambitious, commercially minded salespeople who love the chase, think strategically and know how to turn opportunity into revenue.   The role   You will start by doing what you do best, opening doors and creating opportunities and quickly evolve into a consultative, client-facing Business Development Manager. • Proactively winning new B2B business • High-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) • Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs • Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close • Attending and leading face-to-face client meetings • Presenting tailored digital marketing solutions • Building and managing your own pipeline • Hitting and exceeding revenue targets  The candidate • Has a minimum of 12 months experience in new business  • Has true hunter mentality  • Ability to source leads and data  • Thrives on targets and closing deals • A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking to business owners and decision-makers • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle • Digital marketing experience is desirable but not essential  In return • Up to £40,000 salary (DOE) • Uncapped commission (OTE £65,000) • Car allowance and mileage paid • Remote working with real autonomy • Full training (no digital marketing experience required) • Incentives including fully expensed trips   Interested?
