Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a well-known national business seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) ADR Driver to join their Bradford hub operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver, Class 1 ADR Driver, Cat CE Driver, LGV Driver, CE Driver, or ADR Driver looking for ongoing work, competitive rates of pay, guaranteed daily hours, and immediate starts.

What We Offer

• £18.00 per hour PAYE.
• £21.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE.
• Minimum of 10 hours' pay guaranteed per day.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• 6am starts.

Key Duties

• Complete morning shifts starting at 6am.
• Carry out 2-5 deliveries per shift.
• Undertake general haulage duties.
• Transport ADR goods safely and in compliance with legislation.
• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
• Follow all road transport legislation and company procedures.
• No handball required.

Requirements

• Full UK HGV Class 1 (Category CE) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Valid ADR licence covering Classes 2, 3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2, 8, and 9 (Packages).
• Good understanding of driver hours and road transport legislation.
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach.
