Previous experience supporting young people with SEMH, mental health needs or barriers to education.
HLTA-level experience or strong experience delivering learning interventions independently.
Confidence working with young people on a 1:1 basis outside of a traditional classroom environment.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
A patient, resilient and non-judgemental approach.
The ability to motivate pupils who may have become disengaged from education.
