Ward Host

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ward Host to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include serving meals and beverages, assisting with dietary needs, and providing support in maintaining cleanliness and order in the ward. You will interact closely with patients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and hospitality during their stay.

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is highly desirable. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs. Additionally, a basic understanding of dietary requirements and nutrition is beneficial. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is also expected.
