Desktop Support technician

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be the first point of contact for technical support inquiries. Additionally, relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) will be considered an asset.
