Construction Project Manager - Capital Projects

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage capital projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Key duties include developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring resource availability, and coordinating with various stakeholders including contractors, architects, and vendors. You will also be tasked with identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

In this role, you will lead project meetings, produce comprehensive project documentation, and maintain communication with all parties involved to keep everyone informed of project progress. You should have a strong understanding of construction practices and principles, along with proficiency in project management software. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a keen ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (such as PMP), is preferred. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
